How Our Carpet Cleaning Works
We walk the rooms with you, note traffic lanes, pet areas and stains, and pre-treat them before the main clean. Some stains, such as old dye, bleach or burn marks, can be lightened but not always removed, and we tell you that before we start.
We move light furniture, clean the carpet section by section with hot water extraction and groom the fibers so they dry evenly. Carpet is usually dry in 6 to 10 hours, depending on the pile, humidity and ventilation.
We also clean area rugs from $25 each and carpeted stairs from $3 per step, and treat pet stains and odors for $15 per room. Combine carpet cleaning with a regular, deep or move-out cleaning and we schedule everything for the same day.

Carpet cleaning starts at $39 per room up to 250 sq ft. Carpeted stairs are $3 per step, area rugs start at $25, and pet stain and odor treatment is $15 per room. The minimum order is $99. We confirm the final price before the visit, based on the rooms and the condition of the carpet.
Usually 6 to 10 hours. Running the AC or a fan and keeping the windows closed on humid days speeds it up. Avoid walking on the carpet in shoes until it is dry.
We pre-treat pet stains and odor spots before the main clean, and most fresh or moderate stains come out. Urine that has soaked into the pad may need repeat treatment, and we will tell you on site what result to expect.
Please clear small items, toys and anything fragile from the floor. We move light furniture such as chairs and side tables; beds, dressers and entertainment centers are cleaned around.
