We scrub tile and grout with a rotary machine and rinse it with hot water extraction, then seal the grout on request. Marble, travertine, slate and granite are cleaned with stone-safe, pH-neutral products, never acids.
Sealed hardwood, engineered wood, laminate and luxury vinyl are cleaned with pH-neutral cleaners and very little moisture, so the finish is cleaned without soaking the boards or seams.

Hardwood, laminate, vinyl and sealed concrete start at $0.35 per sq ft. Tile and grout cleaning starts at $0.60 per sq ft, and grout sealing adds $0.50 per sq ft. Natural stone starts at $0.75 per sq ft. The minimum order is $99. We confirm the final price before the visit, based on the floor type, the area and the amount of build-up.
Deep cleaning removes the dirt and residue that darken grout, and most grout comes out noticeably lighter. Grout that is stained through or damaged may need regrouting or color sealing, which we will point out on site.
Sealed hardwood can be cleaned safely with a pH-neutral cleaner and very little moisture, which is how we do it. Unsealed or waxed wood needs a different treatment, so let us know the floor type when you request a quote.
Yes. Natural stone is cleaned only with stone-safe, pH-neutral products, because acidic cleaners etch marble and travertine. We clean and reseal stone; polishing out deep etching or scratches is a separate restoration service.
Yes. Floors are part of every move-out cleaning. If the grout or floors need more than a standard mop, add floor cleaning to your request and we plan extra time for it.
